What is this???! No seriously, I'm not even trying to be mean, I just honestly want to know what this is. Parachute straps? unattached suspenders? A harness? Was she dared to wear this? This was taken at 77. People usually look good when they go to 77, so what the hell is this? Maybe she didn't have any accessories to go with her outfit. So she found a long piece of ribbon and wrapped it around herself. Hey at least it matches, somewhat. Doesn't the girl have friends to tell her she looks crazy. I know I would NEVER let one of my friends go to the club looking so deranged. Not that my friends would wear something so crazy, but you know what I mean.
